About Our Staff

ECC has wonderful staff members that are passionate about providing high quality child care every day.  All staff members are First Aid, CPR, and Fire Safety certified and complete ongoing training throughout the year.  At least 75% of our staff has a degree in Early Childhood Education.

The Administrative Team

This team is made up of the Director, the Assistant Director, the Staff Coordinator, and the Office Assistant.  All members of this team work in the office together and support and over see the over all functions of the center.

Mentor Teachers

Team Leaders are important and valued members of our team.  They are responsible for mentoring teachers, providing support, and being a liaison between the administrative team and other teachers.  They work as lead teachers in their classrooms, so they have a connection and understanding with the staff they support.

Lead teachers

Lead teachers are an integral part of every classroom.  They plan and carry out daily lesson plans, provide daily routine care, and support families.  We value their creativity, dedication, and experience.

support staff

The members of our support staff are very important pieces of the puzzle.  Support staff includes floaters, kitchen staff, and afternoon staff.  The members of this team are versatile, helpful, and can easily adapt to any environment!
